It is important to note that our tuition rates cover ALL costs except the application fee. This includes any books, supplies, technology fee, supply fee, a bible verse t-shirt, etc. All fees are included in the tuition rate and you will NOT be charged any additional fees after enrolling. The only costs this does not cover are lunches, after-school care, after-school care snacks, and spirit items.

Pay Tuition Online/FACTS MGMT

Christ the King uses FACTS, a system in which parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford quality education for their children. To learn more about FACTS, or to sign into the FACTS Family Portal, please click here.

Tuition Assistance 

​

Christ the King Church will administer and fund the tuition assistance program for parish families with children attending Christ the King School for the 2023- 2024 school year.  The church will be utilizing the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment tool to conduct the financial need analysis.  Families applying for tuition assistance must complete an online application at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4JR2Y.  The application is available in English and Spanish. In the upper right-hand corner of the website, you may choose English or Espanol. If you need assistance to complete the online submission, you may contact the school office (479-782-0614) or the church office (479-783-7745).  For help in completing the application in Spanish, please contact Patty at the church office.  Our technology lab is open for your use to complete this process if needed, and we will assist you with faxing the necessary documents if needed.

Required:

​

1.  Payment of the $40 application fee.

2.  Copies of your most recent tax forms to be uploaded, faxed, or mailed.

​

If you have children attending Trinity Junior High, you may complete the one application for both CTK and TJH.  

However, you must be sure to add all your children and mark Christ the King School/Church and Trinity Junior High at that time.
